Therapy for Couples & Adult Individuals

Mental Health Individual Therapy

Life in your mid-20s to mid- 40s can feel like a whirlwind—full of opportunities, but also full of pressure. Maybe you’re juggling career demands, relationships, family expectations, or simply trying to figure out who you are in the midst of it all. Stress, burnout, anxiety, self-doubt, and big life transitions can make it feel like you’re constantly trying to keep up, with little room to breathe.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, questioning your next steps, or carrying the weight of past experiences, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a space where you can sort through the chaos, gain clarity, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Whether you’re struggling with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or past trauma, our work together will help you move through these struggles with more confidence and self-compassion.
I use a blend of Psychodynamic “Talk” Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and basic mindfulness practices to tailor our sessions to your needs. We’ll work on setting boundaries that feel empowering, managing stress in a way that actually works for you, and shifting unhelpful patterns that may be holding you back.
You deserve support, balance, and a life that feels fulfilling—and I’m here to help you build it.

“Ultimately the bond of all companionship, whether in marriage or in friendship, is conversation.” —Oscar Wilde
Empathetic Couples Therapy

Relationships can bring out the best—and sometimes the worst—in us. When things feel off, it’s easy to get stuck in patterns of blame, resentment, or just going through the motions. Maybe you’re having the same arguments over and over, feeling more like roommates (or enemies) than partners, or struggling to rebuild trust after a betrayal. Maybe a big life change—like marriage, a move, or becoming parents—has thrown you off balance, leaving you feeling disconnected or unseen.
In our work together, I help couples break out of these cycles and create a relationship that feels stronger, more connected, and honest. You’ll learn how to communicate in a way that actually lands, repair the hurts that have built up over time, and show up for each other in a way that feels good for both of you. We’ll look at the deeper patterns driving your conflicts—not just the surface-level fights—and shift from defensiveness or withdrawal to real understanding and accountability.
I pull from Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you navigate these challenges. That means working on both the hard stuff and the good stuff—learning to set boundaries without shutting down, holding space for your partner’s experience without losing yourself, and reconnecting in ways that feel meaningful.
Every couple has struggles. But the couples who grow together are the ones willing to face those struggles head-on. If you’re ready to do that, I’m here to help.
